Practical information | Accreditations

To make your festival experience as smooth as possible, please read all of the practical information below before organising your trip. Specific arrangements apply to the accredited public.

PICKING UP YOUR BADGE

You can pick up your badge at the Guest Desk located at L’Arlequin cinema (76 rue de Rennes). The desk will be open :

  • on Friday 20 March, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • from 21 to 27 March, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • on Saturday 28 March, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

HOW TO BOOK

Booking is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. the day before the screening/event: first screenings will be open to book from Friday 20 March at 10 a.m.

Accreditation holders are required to reserve their seats on Eventbrite. This will enable you to get a free ticket from the Festival info point, required to enter the screening, together with your accreditation badge.

The link to the Cinéma du réel’s Eventbrite page will be available shortly, on this page.

  • Booking is open from 10am until 5pm the day before the screening/event.
  • Your accreditation allows you to book only one ticket per screening/event.
  • To book, you will need to enter your surname, first name and accreditation number.
  • Bookings are limited to a maximum of four tickets per person per day. Tickets reserved in excess of this quota will be cancelled and made available to others.
  • Please note that you will not receive your ticket via Eventbrite. You must pick up your free ticket at the Festival Info Point of the corresponding venue on the day of your screening/event, up to 15 minutes before the start time. After this time, your seat will be made available to others.

If you haven’t booked your seat in advance, or have arrived at the Festival Info Point less than 15 minutes in advance of the screening, you can:

  • Go to the box office of the venue and buy a reduced-rate ticket on presentation of your accreditation or use a cinema membership card if you have one (more information on the subject here),
  • Join the “last minute” queue at each cinema (entry not guaranteed).

Booking is not necessary for ParisDOC and Festival conversations. Rerun of the awarded films will not be available for to online booking, you will need to collect a free ticket at the Festival Info Point of the corresponding venue.
