In the Colombian Amazon, a gaze drifts between the murky waters of the rivers and the forest, a silent witness to the coexistence between the elements and the inhabitants of Puerto Nariño.

Elodie Arpa was born in Geneva. In 2021, she did a bridging year in Visual Arts at CFP Arts, before joining the Cinema programme at HEAD – Geneva in 2022, in filmmaking. In 2024, she went on an exchange programme to EICTV in Cuba, where she specialised in documentary filmmaking. In 2025, she began a Master’s degree in Filmmaking Studies at EQZE in San Sebastián. Her work explores the links and forms of coexistence between nature, animals and humans.
