WHY THE CULTURAL BOYCOTT?

Discussion by La Palestine sauvera le cinéma, a collective committed to the cultural boycott of Israel. In 2004, an international boycott was launched from Palestine to put pressure on Israeli institutions complicit in apartheid, occupation and genocide. What is the relevance of boycotting culture? What would be the impact?
