MICHAEL SNOW
Centre Pompidou, Forum -1
With a wide and varied career as a visual artist, musician, and
world-renowned filmmaker, Michael Snow is one of Canada and the world’s leading artists.
Slidelength, a rarely seen companion piece to his legendary avantgarde film Wavelength (1967), is a looped looped photographic
slide installation consisting of eighty 35mm slides, arranged like a filmic sequence and projected at fifteen-second intervals.
